Class: OUT:EvidenceOfExpertise

Evidence of Expertise - This class represents evidence of expertise i.e. anything that reveals the fact that a particualr user has expertise in a particular topic. The eveidence might be some activity of a user (blogging, writing a paper, etc.) but also something that identifies the user as an expert - like giving an award to the user, or obraining a research grant etc. As a consequence of the Evidence of Expertise, we usually have a User Trace that is left on the Web and that gives a clue about the evidence.
